The above agrees with the date of marriage as shown for Charles and Eliza on page 673 of the 1883 Warner & Beers History of Brant County.

The clergyman, Robert Corson, was the brother of Eliza's mother, Mercy Corson Griffin.

BurialShe was buried at Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Brantford Twp.. 
NoteThe History of Brant County, Warner & Beers, 1883, states that Eliza Griffin was born in 1820, however, a transcription of her gravestone indicates that she was born in 1822. Murray Fair provides the transcription of Mt. Vernon Cemetery for interment.net.
