This will have been in Dumfries Township and almost certainly at the Wesleyan Methodist Church in St. George. Her date of birth is shown as September 29, 1839, and the officiating clergyman was G. Ferguson. Sarah's middle name is written as Rosan. Roseann or Roseanne perhaps being intended, but Rosan is what is written on the Wesleyan Methodist Baptism record. The images of these pages, by the way, are as presented by Bower-McBurney Genealogy at bowergenealogy.ca/resources/methodist/. This is an excellent resource.
