     Michael Corcoran was born on 8 January 1926 in Co Cork, IrelandG.1 He was the son of Daniel Corcoran and Johanna (--?--).2,1 He married Marie Ellen Doyle, daughter of Charles Michael Doyle and Gerda Louisa Naas, on 5 May 1962 in St Peter's Church, New Westminster, British Columbia.2 He was left a widower when Marie Ellen Doyle died on 3 July 2011.3,4 He died on 8 August 2015 in Royal Columbian Hospital, New Westminster, British Columbia, at age 89.1,5
