James Dunn

     James Dunn was born on 1 January 1830 in Ballindaggan, Co Wexford, IrelandG.1,2 He was the son of Martin Dunn and Sarah Keating.3 He immigrated to South Crosby Twp, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario, with his mother, Sarah Keating, and siblings in the late 1840s.4,5 He was a lock laborer in Jones Falls, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.4 He lived in Lot 12, Con 3, South Crosby Twp, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario, about 1860.4 He married Eliza Dunn, daughter of Moses Dunn and Mary O'Donaghue, on 5 November 1865 in St Edward the Confessor Church, Westport, Leeds & Grenville County, OntarioG.4,6 He died on 29 August 1902 of acute nephritis in South Crosby Twp, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario, at age 72.7,4
