Bond Head sits on the border of the townships of Tecumseth and West Gwillimbury. The Methodist parsonage was evidently on the West Gwillimbury side of the border for the marriage was registered in West Gwillimbury.

BurialHe was buried on 14 December 1939 at Beeton United Cemetery, Tecumseth Twp., Simcoe Co..
NoteThomas' date of birth, July 12, 1863, is taken from a transcription of his and Mary Ann's gravestone in Beeton United Cemetery. This is provided by the Tecumseth and West Gwillimbury Society. This date is at some variance with the 1901 census in Tecumseth Township. This tells that he was born on July 12, 1865 (or, just possibly, 1866). The handwriting is rather unclear. His death registration dates his birth to July 12, 1862. We'll stick with the inscription on his gravestone.

Death reg. 038995-39 Hamilton, Wentworth Co.
