Mother Hannah Kidd, born England. Physician Frederick Spearing, Beeton. Informant Ben Dorsey, Beeton, brother. Burial Mt. Pleasant, December 20th, 1935. The gravestone for Horace and Annie dates Annie's birth and death dates as: Jan 27, 1844 - Dec 18, 1935. Annie's death registration places her birth in Caledon Township which is located in Peel County; her marriage registration places her birth in Islington. Bit of a toss-up here, but Annie almost certainly provided her place of birth for her marriage registration, and Islington, which is in Etobicoke, isn't unreasonable. |
