Witnesses Geo. Lincoln, Ancaster, and illeg. Flett, Cainsville.

It's probably a handwriting issue, perhaps that of the clergyman, but George's surname on the registration is rendered as Flett. Margaret's death registration shows it as Ilett. A transcription of their gravestone in Wilsonville Cemetery also shows it as Ilett.

Margaret's father's name could be meant as Leo, or Geo., abbreviated either way, and looks a bit more like Leo. Again, this will be a handwriting issue.
