Physician Dr. J. Leslie King, Galt. Undertaker Harold W. Gray, Galt. Burial MVC, Galt, January 4, 1944. Going by the handwriting, the for was filled out by Harold Gray, the undertaker. He left out the name of Melissa's mother, probably not having it at the time. The Galt town clerk of the day was Charles T. Chesney and he filled out the burial permit portion of the form. Chesney's handwriting makes it obvious that he filled out the name of Melissa's mother, Charlotte Ribble, which was no doubt given him at the time of entry of the burial registration. |
