Reid, copyright 1980, Hunterdon House, Lambertville, New Jersey, reprinted for Clearfield Company, Baltimore, Maryland, 2000, page 429. This is an extraction of marriage notices from the Christian Guardian issue dated 1st November, 1854. A series of them are marriages performed by Rev. T. Fawcett. The Rev. Fawcett marriages shows are a series dated from August to October of 1854. The transcriptions states that the marriage date is not given, but the context places the marriage of 'John Smith Parsons to Mary Laurison, both of Beverly' in October of the year, after the 4th, but before the 24th.
