We may note that the witnesses, Nelson Vrooman and Susan Vrooman, both of Caradoc, were John's first cousin Nelson Alexander Vrooman, son of John's uncle, Charles Vrooman, and his wife Susan Wilbur. Nelson and Susan were married about two weeks previously. |
