Lawrason, Mrs., consort of John Lawrason, died at Dumfries, May 14, 1837. Issue of June 28, 1837, page 135. Amelia was the daughter of Titus Simons and Jerusha Kingsley. She appears to have been a full sister of Titus Geer Simons who ran a general store and that his brother-in-law, John Purvis Lawrason, had an acount there and this account spans the years 1817-1823.
