     Daniel Driggs was born on 17 May 1721 in Middletown, Middlesex County, Connecticut. He was the son of Joseph Driggs and Elizabeth Martin. He married Elizabeth Strickland, daughter of David Strickland and Elizabeth Hubbard, on 19 March 1739/40 in Middletown, Connecticut. He was a Planter and Land Trader. He died about 23 January 1798 in Millington, Middlesex County, Connecticut. He was buried in Congregational Cemetery, Millington, Middlesex County, ConnecticutG.
