     Thomas Dunn was born in Co Wexford, IrelandG. He was the son of Martin Dunn and Sarah Keating.1 He immigrated to South Crosby Twp, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario, with his mother, Sarah Keating, and siblings in the late 1840s.1,2 He died in South Crosby Twp, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario, soon after arriving in Canada, probably as a result of malnutrition during the voyage.1
