John and Julia are buried in Thornbury-Clarksbury Cemetery with three daugthers and a son, per a transcription of this cemetery as done by the Bruce-Grey branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society. See page 106 of this transcription.

Heathcote, the residence of John and Julia's daughter, is on the border of townships Collingwood and Euphrasia.

Albion Township, John's place of birth and stated as such, is mentioned in his marriage registration. This is in present day Peel County.

Page 1 of the Markdale Standard's 15 April, 1943, edition, has an attractive obituary for John Fawcett. This does list his children.
