Ida states that she was present at the birth and has a distinct recollection of the occurence and date.

Olive and George are both buried in Section 52, lot 447, of Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto.

Page D5 of the July 8, 1974, edition of the Toronto Star has a death notice for Olive H. (Wismer) Irwin. It states that she died at Scarborough's Centenary Hospital on Sunday, July 7, 1974. Her funeral and burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery was to be on Tuesday, July 9. The death notice also tells that she was the wife of the late George M. Irwin; mother of Harold of Gore Bay and Douglas of Toronto; sister of Rudolph Wismer of Huntsville.
