Tilt Jun., farmer, Tp. Waterloo. Registered on June 29th, 1878, and the form signed by William Tilt, registrar. The registrar was Cornelia's grandfather. Cornelia was born rather late in her parents' age and marriage. Her marriage registration shows her parents as being unknown. We have, however, a clear birth registration for Cornelia. One that included the signature of Cornelia's grandfather. Just what the story was with her marriage registration, we do not known, but the birth registration makes it clear enough that she was the child of William and Elizabeth. |
