Rutherford, farmer, Burford. Vicerene is an unusual name, but it is emminently well written on the birth registration form. Vicerene's year of death, 1963, is taken from a photograph of her gravestone as provided by Find-a-Grave. The Brantford library has an online index for birth, marriage, and death notices, and this shows a death notice for Vicerene (though spelled as Vicerena) McKay in its edition of March 11, 1963. With this, we may say that she died in March of the year. |
