Bradshaw performed two marriages on November 2nd, and the residence of the bride for both was Ancaster. It's a guess, but the marriage was probably held in Ancaster. |

(At the time Global was in Milton, but is presently in Ottawa.) The obituary was sent to the Christian Guardian by C. Cookman, minister in West Flamborough from 1889 to 1892. It tells that Debora Bennett's maiden name was Field and that she was born on January 6, 1831, in Niagara Township. On November 2, 1859, she married John Bennett and joined the Methodist Church the same year. She is said to have died July 14, 1890, and that she was survived by her husband and children. The obituary appeared in the Christian Guardian's edition of March 25, 1891, page 187. John Bennett, probably John Bennett Jr., reported Deborah's death to Wallace McDonald, Beverly's township clerk, but not until April 10th of 1891. The Archives of Ontario has this death in their 1891 microfilm reels. Death reg. 018476-91 Beverly Twp., Wentworth Co. Deborah Bennett died July 14th, 1890, age 57 y, 6 m, 8 d. Wife of John Bennett.
