NoteHe Very little information is to be found for the existence of James Husband. On approximately the 8th page of the images in Henry Husband's diary, which may be found on Halinet (the page is numbered...009), Henry gives the names of his siblings that were born in Canada. It does seem that the list shows them in their order of birth, so supplementary pages in the diary's transcription show James' birth as being in 1827. If this is not correct, it won't be far off. The very little information presented indicates that James died when he was about 19 or 20. This would place his death to approximately 1847. Henry gives no indication that James married, but, given his youth, this seems unlikely.

Documentation associated with the diary's transcription attests to the family's attendance at the Ebenezer Methodist Church in Nassagaweya Township. It seems likely that James is buried in the church cemetery. Certainly, other family members are buried there. James' gravestone, given its age, has likely fallen over and is now sub-soil. Yes, it's a guess, and so his place of burial has not been entered. More information may yet be found.
