The first name of witness Lucy Cutler is illegible on the marriage registration, but a transcription of Trinity Anglican's marriage records shows her as Lucy.

NoteMarion, on her marriage registration, shows Port Burwell as her place of birth. This is on Lake Erie in Bayham Township, Elgin County. The 1861 census shows her parents, Amasa and Amelia, in Bayham Township with three children, ages 7, 5, and 2. The entire family is shown as being born in the United States. Marion was not born until 1865 and so does not appear in this census. Her father is shown as a lumber merchant.

The family is still in Bayham Township in 1871. Her father is shown as a lumberman. Marion is present, born in Canada and age 6.

Marion Warnock died August 24, 1942, at Queen's Square in Galt, also her residence. Widow. Born Feby 20, 1865. Age 77. Parents O. J. Cutler, born New York State and Amelia Kingston, born U.S.A. Physician Dr. J. R. Beaven. Informant R. W. Meikleham, Galt, nephew. Burial Wednesday, August 27th, 1942, at Trinity Cemetery.

Trinity's burial records date Marion's burial to August 26.
