This obituary is transcribed from page 71 of the Christian Guardian, Feb 28, 1883. It tells that Mrs. Priscilla Cunningham, nee Moore, was born in Kilwater Parish, Co. Antrim in Ireland. She is said to have come to Canada in 1832 and to have settled in Wellington County. In 1835 she joined the Methodist Church and in 1850 moved to Greenock Tp. It tells that she died on Nov. 25, 1882, in her 82nd year. She is said to be predeceased by 4 children and survived by her husband and six children. Death reg. 001966-82 Greenock Twp., Bruce Co. Priscilla Cunningham died November 25, 1882. Age 81. Farmer's wife. Born Co. Antrim, Ireland. Methodist. Physician Dr. Sinclair. Informant John Cunningham, Greenbcok. |
