Margaret McIntosh, age 66, died June 19, 1915 at Brantford Township. Born Glen Morris, burial Galt. Housewife, married. Parents John Sutherland and Margaret Duncan. Physician J. A. Phillips M.D.

The plot for Angus and Margaret is next to that of Margaret's parents, John Sutherland, 1823-1906, and Margaret Duncan, 1823-1893.

It's evident looking at the 1851 census page for South Dumfries that lists the Sutherland family, that Margaret's parents were John and Margaret Sutherland and that her grandparents were John and Margaret Sutherland. Her parents' dates are shown above. Her grandparents are buried in section 4 in Mountview. John Sutherland died Nov. 2, 1875, at age 79 and his wife Margaret May 18, 1859 at age at age 68. By the time grandfather John died in 1875, Mountview, or rather the Galt Cemetery as it was then known, was in existence. When grandmother Margaret died in 1859 she was probably buried at High Park in Galt and her remains moved with the High Park cemetery was razed in the mid 1880s.

Margaret and her parents were in Galt by the time of the 1861 census and were still there as of the 1871 census.
