| Note | Arthur Dale and his wife Mary Keachie were in Manitoba at the time of the 1916 western provinces census. (The 1916 census page places them in the Marquette District, Hamiota municipality, but in a numbered township.) Manitoba Vital Statistics web site shows that Arthur died in the Regional Municipality of Hamiota On Dec. 15, 1917. Arthur's remains were evidently transported back to Galt for, according to the gravestone in section 3 of Mountview Cemetery, he is buried there with Mary. Manitoba's death registration nbr. for Arthur is: 1917-072123 In 1916, sons Ernest and Norman are with Arthur and Mary. Ernest is still in Hamiota at the time of the 1921 census and Norman is in Brandon, Manitoba. |
