The names of his parents, Jacob Beck and Charlotte Hespeler, are shown on his marriage registration and they also appear as such on the family's gravestone. William and Maggie, or Hilda as she was later known, are in the 1881 census in Wilmot Township. They have no children with them and no evidence for their having children has been found. |
