On March 12, 1890, at Brampton, by Alfred Gandier. The registering clerk evidently had a problem with the clergyman's handwriting. Unquestionably, Nellie was the daughter of Mark Maw and Sarah Gamble. Nelly's correct name may have been more like Ellen Maria Maw. |
