Note | Joseph's place of birth as shown on his marriage registration is Tullamore. Tullamore was probably the postal address. Rather more likely, Joseph was born in Albion Township where the Maw family had property. Tullamore straddles the township lines of Albion and Toronto Gore. Joseph and Rosa Jane were married in 1890. By the time of the 1900 census at Madison, Wisconsin, they were living there with son Percy who, at the time, was 8 years old. The family is buried in Forest Hill Cemetery at Madison.
