This may not be entirely accurate. She is present with the family in Arthur Township at the times of the 1861, 1871 and 1881 censuses. She is with her mother and some sisters as of the 1891 and 1901 censuses. The 1901 census shows her date of birth as May 16, 1851. In 1911, Sarah Jane is with her sister Emily Matilda Bennett in Virden, Manitoba. She has not been found with certainty thereafter. |
