Note | Birth reg. 036244-87 Peel Twp., Wellington Co. 23 October 1887, Mary Winifred Harper, d/o Philip H. Harper, public school teacher, Yatton, Peel, and Mary Jane Turner. As shown in her marriage notes, Winnifred married Leo Alguire in February of 1914 in Rochester, New York. She was probably in New York State by the time of the 1910 U.S. census, but a sure record for her in that census has not been found. Winnifred divorced Leo on December 31, 1926. The divorce was applied for and granted in Arlington County, Virginiia. Going by an index to be found on Ancestry, Winnifred married a James E. Davidson in Hamburg, New York, in 1946. Sure later records for Winnifred have not been found. |
