| Note | George was first married on 3 July, 1862, to Isabella Tindall, age 25, born Canada, and residing Beverly. Her parents are shown as Thomas (Tindall) and Isabella Foreman. Isabella buried in section 4 in Mountview Cemetery in Galt next to her mother, Isabella Tindall, wife of Thomas, who died in 1880. She is also buried next to sisters Margaret and Elizabeth who died in 1870 and 1871. Isabella's inscription reads: In Memory of Isabella/beloved wife of George Jackson/who died Nov. 14, 1868/aged 34 years. |
