Page 5 of the 1947 booklet, A History of the People of Troy, makes small mention of Juliette and her sister Jane. It places them at Troy and states:

...Across from the church, back near the creek, lived Johnny Misener, a bachelor. His two sisters, Juliette and Jane, kept house for him. Jane married a Faulkner of Sheffield. Jane could not talk plainly; Juliette, who could, did not marry....When Juliette died she left Troy church fifty dollars with which to buy something. They bought psalm and hymn books.

It seems very little information with which to summarize a person's life. We may guess, however, that Juliette was active in her church. This was almost certainly the church at Troy, which in Juliette's early and middle years would have been Episcopal Methodist.
