Comparing the handwriting with previous pages, there is no doubt that they were married in Town of Thorold. The handwriting is difficult on one or two points. | Note | Walter Badger appears in Merriton with his family in the 1891 and 1901 censuses. The 1901 census shows his birth as July 28, 1879. The date, 28, is not entirely legible. A birth registration for Walter has not been found. His marriage registration, however, identifies him as the son of Thomas and Ellen. |
