| Note | According to the 1871 census in Beverly Township, Daniel Badger, age 8, is living with Robert Clement and his family. Daniel's death registration is 032013-14. His parents names are quite legibly written as Thomas Badger and Margaret Pearce. Besides the 7 children listed for Daniel and Louisa, the Troy Cemetery family stone mentions two infants, but there are no names or dates given for these children. This death registration would appear to be one of them: Death reg. 031452-06 Beverly Twp., Wentworth Co. Badger, not named, female. Lot 12, Con. 3, Beverly. Father Daniel Badger. May 10, 1906, 20 hours. Informant J.L. Addison, M.D. (There is a birth registration for this child as well, 045658-06. The registration shows the parents as Daniel Badger and Louisa Chambers. Otherwise, the information is the same. A note at the bottom refers to the death registration and again states that a name was not given.) |
