The misspelling of the name of the groom's mother was likely a handwriting issue, perhaps on the part of the clergyman

The clergyman's name may have been Grassley.

County marriage registrations do not typically tell the location of the marriage, but this one was almost certainly held in Owen Sound.

DeathHe died on 8 April 1932 at Toledo, Lucas Co., Ohio.
BurialHe was buried on 11 April 1932 at Forest Cemetery, Toledo, Lucas Co., Ohio.
NoteFind-a-Grave provides a transcription of Marshall B. Corson's stone and gives his death as the result of an automobile accident in April of 1932.

A death registration for Marshall as supplied by Familysearch has been found. The handwriting is poor and, hence, it is misindexed. Marshall's place of birth as shown on the index is interesting, for it's given as Owen Sound. This is incorrect. According to Marshall's marriage registration, he and Elizabeth Burgess were married in Owen Sound. His place of birth is shown as Elgin (County) C.W., and Elizabeth's place of birth is shown as Streetsville. At the time, they are both shown as being resident in Owen Sound.

So far as Elgin County is concerned, this isn't precisely accurate, either, for in 1835, what became Elgin County was actually a part of the London District.

The registration dates Marshall's death to April 8, 1932. He died in hospital in Toledo as the result of injuries sustained by being hit by a truck. His date of birth is unknown to the informant, John F. Corson. He is said to be 97 and born in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada. His parents are shown as Daniel Corson and Zelinda Wells, though the handwriting leaves a certain amount of guess work to this last piece of information. He was buried in Forest Cemetery on April 11, 1932.
