| Note | For the moment, we have but one clear source for Margaret's maiden name of Carson, namely Anna Lawrason's death registration. This is probably correct, but difficult to confirm. The marriage registration of daughter Anna and her husband Absalom Muma names Anna's mother's maiden name as Corrie. It's sorely tempting to wonder if Margaret's maiden name was Corson. Probably not, but it's a notion worth considering by researchers. |
