| Note | Alta's second initial appears in census information, but her full second name, Elizabeth, appears in the Manitoba Vital Statistics index for Eric's birth information. Alta's birth in approximately 1868, is prior to the beginning of civil birth registrations in July of 1869. Based on the fact that her parents were married in Beverly Township, and some younger siblings also being born there, Alta was likely born in Beverly Township. |
