A David Randall, age 70, died at Desboro in Sullivan Twp. in Grey County on July 10, 1911. His birth year is given as 1841. The informant was a William Yager of Desboro. Again, David is shown as single. Yager reported David's parents as born in England, but did not know their names. He also reported David as being born in England, but the 1851 census at Woolwich Twp. shows David as being born in Ontario. It isn't certain that David Randall who died at Desboro is the son of Thomas Randall and, failing a newspaper article, this may be beyond sorting out. |
