Ann Cook was born about 21 July 1824 in Draycott, Derbyshire, England. She was the daughter of John Cook and Mary Hudson. She married William West, son of William West and Hannah Winterton, on 23 November 1854 in Borrowash, Derbyshire, England. She died on 18 May 1888 in Pleasant Grove, Utah County, Utah. She was buried in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Pleasant Grove, Utah County, Utah.
