Leone Mary Hall was born on 25 November 1897 in Dry Fork, Uintah County, Utah. She was the daughter of Orson Hall and Eliza Ann Tracy. She immigrated to Raymond, Alberta, with her father in 1902. Shortly afterwards, they moved to Magrath before finally settling in Taber.1 She married David DeMont Sprague on 1 May 1917. She died in January 1982 at age 84.
