     William H Maylett was born on 23 March 1863 in Manti, Sanpete County, Utah.1 He was the son of William Maylett and Elizabeth Ann Hall.1 He died on 13 September 1869 after being caught in a thrashing machine in Manti, Utah, at age 6.1,2 He was buried in Manti Cemetery, Manti, Sanpete County, Utah.
