     Mark David Ellingson was born on 12 December 1947 in Taber, Alberta.1,2 He was the son of Earl Hugh Ellingson and Nellie Parry.1 He married Marilyn Baker about 1970.2 He died on 31 August 2012 at age 64.2 He was buried in Temple Hill Cemetery, Raymond, Alberta.2
