Clarence Roland Ellingson was born on 23 July 1912 in Lethbridge, Alberta.1 He was the son of Berg Ellingson and Mary Elizabeth Hall.1 He married Bernice Syrett on 11 August 1936.1 He died on 4 May 2001 in Lincoln City, Lincoln County, Oregon, at age 88.1
