Melissa Dodge was born on 30 March 1846 in Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.1 She was the daughter of Leonard Pulsepher Dodge and Mary Coleman.1 She married T J Boggs on 15 July 1868 in Saginaw, Saginaw County, Michigan.1 She died on 31 July 1869 at age 23.1 She was buried in Wildwood Cemetery, Chesaning, Saginaw County, Michigan.1
