James Aldon Misener

James Aldon Misener was born on 11 April 1893 in Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.1,2 He was the son of Fred Misener and Edna Elizabeth Jones.1 James served with the 5th Canadian Mounted Rifles (Quebec Regiment) during World War I. He enlisted in Feb 1916. He died on 30 October 1917 in Passchendaele, Belgium, at age 24.1 He was buried in Tyne Cot Cemetery, Ypres, Belgium. James is also memorialized on his parents' tombstone in Troy Cemetery, Troy, Ontario.3,1
