      John Wesley Mulholland was born on 25 June 1844 in Troy, Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.1,2 He was the son of John Mulholland and Rachel Shaver.1 He was a blacksmith.1 He died on 22 November 1931 of valvular heart disease in 174 Queen Street, Hamilton, Wentworth County, Ontario, at age 87.1 He was buried in Harrisburg United Church Cemetery, Harrisburg, Brant County, Ontario.1
