John Joseph Ignatius Jordan
      John Joseph Ignatius Jordan was born on 1 November 1909 in Lot 19, Con 3, South Crosby Twp, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.1 He was the son of James Edward Jordan and Catherine Burns.1 He married Genevieve Ledger on 30 June 1930 in Gananoque, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.2 He died on 17 July 1968 in Kingston, Frontenac County, Ontario, at age 58.2 He was buried in St John's Cemetery, Gananoque, Leeds & Grenville County, OntarioG.2

"Johnnie Jordan was the youngest child and only son of James and Catherine Jordan. He was 15 years old when his father died. Johnnie joined the Merchant Marines during Word War II. He loved horses. Johnnie and his wife Genevieve Ledger lived on John Street in Gananoque. He worked at Jones' Shovel."2
