Margaret Murphy
     Margaret Murphy was born in September 1835 in Co Wexford, Ireland.1,2 She was the daughter of Thomas Murphy and Mary Kenney.1 She married John Davis on 28 February 1859 in St John the Evangelist Church, Gananoque, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.1 She was left a widow when John Davis died on 16 December 1910.3 She died on 23 April 1913 of appendicitis in Gananoque, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario, at age 77.2
