      Michael Lewis Jordan was born on 9 February 1867 in South Crosby Twp, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.1 He was the son of John Jordan and Johanna Nolan.1 He was baptized on 24 February 1867 in St Edward the Confessor Church, Westport, Leeds & Grenville County, OntarioG.1 He married Katherine Stapleton in 1910 in Fort Macleod, Alberta.2 Notices about Michael's 81st and 83rd birthdays appeared in The Lethbridge Herald. He died on 19 June 1957 in Fort Macleod, Alberta, at age 90.3,2
