| Note | For Robert, born in 1845, the son of James Wilson and Mary Jamieson, we have only the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church baptism record as transcribed by Mary Crandall. (See notes for Robert's father, James Wilson). Robert's life must have been brief, for he is not with the family as of the 1851 census (begun in January of 1852). Robert's father, James, apparently had purchased at least one burial plot in St. Andrew's churchyard (again see notes for James). Bit of a guess, but Robert is probably buried there. Some of the St. Andrew's gravestones were gathered together by the Imperial Order of the Daughters of the Empire in 1907 and a pergola built, which still exists. No gravestone for Robert appears therein. |
