Physician and informant Dr. Johnston. Henrietta's father, Henry Hobart Wilson, died in Gordon Township of Manitoulin Island a week after Henrietta was born. By the time of the 1901 census, Jeretta and her two children are still living in Gordon Township with Hobart's parents, Hiram and Lydia Jane Wilson. When Henrietta's sister, Gertrude, died in 1988, Gertie's death notice in the 18 July edition of the Toronto Star makes mention of two nephews and a niece as still living. No mention is made of Henrietta and we must believe that she died before the passing of Gertrude. |
