The witness, George L. Vrooman, was almost certainly George Laws Vrooman, who appears elsewhere in this tree. There were three of the same name, but the third and last was born in later years. Almost certainly the George L. Vrooman who was a witness was the son of James Vrooman and Rhoda Johnson. He was also married in Sutton a couple of years prior to the marriage of Austin and Emma.
